Our Confidentiality Policy


In today’s multicultural world, the translation and interpreting industry is at the forefront of everyday life more than ever. At, we deal with sensitive matters each day; from important business dealings, legal proceedings, private medical consultations to mediation services or social functions. We understand the importance of confidentiality to ensure the security of all of our clients.


Your confidentiality is the primary concern of each of our translators and interpreters alike, who undergo training to assure the complete privacy of every client in all circumstances. has a policy of complete confidentiality for all of our clients. Likewise, our linguists embody a wholly unbiased and client-focused approach to their role.


All of our clients command the same rights, regardless of their business type or size, their ethnic background or cultural experiences. While many translation firms extend this policy only to medical and legal matters, at, we strongly believe in enforcing confidentiality throughout all of our business dealings.


There are as many things we don’t do with your data than you might think we do with your data. We are not in the business of exposing your data to risk no matter whether it is in the public domain or not. This means we don’t use technology that risks your data being released or indexed where it should not be, for example; indiscriminate use of free machine translation, ensuring that our computer systems are secure, using TLS for data transmission, providing certificates for our servers, domains and websites and making sure that we have your Non Disclosure Agreements in place when we take your work from you.


We are all garda vetted as often as is necessary to maintain our obligations to stakeholders on our contracts. 


We all sign up to your confidentiality agreements and your codes of practice before we take on your work, and with the variety of people we have  across all  backgrounds and cultures we have implemented secure robust systems and methodologies to ensure we assign only the pre-approved personal to your tasks.


Our Quality Standards

We are proudly in strict adherence to our ISO standards. GDPR regulations not withstanding, your confidentiality is protected by the conditions set out by our ISO 9001:2015 and EN 17100:2015 procedures. We are regularly audited to measure our compliance. We engage third party external quality consultants to help us measure our daily quality controls and help to steer us in the direction that the quality standards expect, this way it is not left solely in our hands and is guided by standards that thrive for excellence. Because your needs are a part of the solution.


Each and every one of our staff and linguists signs up to our Confidentiality Agreement and Code of Conduct before undertaking any assignment, whereby stating that they will not share your information with anyone other than those you specify. Our Code binds all linguists contracted by, as well our in-house management team.  This means that you can be certain any information imparted to us will not be disclosed to any third party, under any circumstances. Your information is safe in our hands.
